This is applicable to all customers that live within a 50km range from MAIN or REGIONAL areas, an additional charge will be charged if your delivery address is beyond 50km from a main or regional city or town.
Additional charges will be incurred in the event that your area falls under the “Ultra Purple Zone” with our couriers , in this event you will be contacted and extra charges will apply , alternatively we will send your parcel with the national post office of which delivery times are uncertain.
This service does NOT apply to our Step 2 & AXI ranges as these items will be shipped directly from our supplier at their shipping rates.
City Centres in South Africa include: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Nelspruit, George, East London, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Welkom, Potchefstroom, Witbank, Durban & Port Elizabeth
Outlining Cities & Towns in South Africa that are not mentioned above are classed regional areas.
If your order is unwanted, it’s ok to change your mind. We’ll accept returns up to 14 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:
All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a resaleable condition
Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
Postage costs are covered by the customer a postage charge will be deducted from your refund

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. Order Tracking
You will receive TWO email confirmations after you place your order online:
The first confirming that the order has been received will come to you immediately following the completion of your online order.
The following business day, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been approved and is being processed. If we have any questions about your order, you will be contacted by phone.

Simply select to save your details on your next purchase and once your order has been placed you’ll be prompted to choose your security question on the order confirmation page. Then, on your next purchase simply select your card, supply your CVV number to complete your order. Immediately. That means we can start processing your order straight away.
Please Note: Credit Cards used for the first time on our website together with any large or unusual credit card transactions will need to be validated by the issuing bank or the cardholder before your order can be processed.

1. Find the items you wish to buy
Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top and left navigation bar of each department. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its details and including availability.
2. Add to cart
Found the products you want to buy? Click on Add to cart. Your shopping cart contains all the products that you have selected to buy. Once you’ve added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart button on the TOP right hand side of the website.
3. Check out
To enter checkout, click on the ‘proceed to checkout’ button.
Your product list will appear. Select the products you wish to buy and click on the check-out button on the top right of the page
You will now be prompted to log in or register
Select your delivery method and click on the continue button on the bottom right
Select your delivery address or create a new delivery address
Select your payment method, and click on the ‘buy now’ button on the bottom right of the page
Click on ‘proceed’ if you are ready to complete the payment process
A complete order summary will now display with all the details of your order. Please ensure that all information, including your delivery details are correct.
